2. Question of the day: In your opinion what are the 3 most important services every hotel should offer? why?

I think that the 3 most important services that hotels should offer are: parking because many people have cars and would need a space to have it, Wi-Fi because many people use it, for work or for social activities and finally comfort, which the rooms must be comfortable enough because that is where people go to rest during their stay.
